  • A $400 booking deposit to make a reservation is required, this applies in full directly towards your stay with us. This deposit allows us to take the apartment off the availability list and reserve it for you so no one else can rent it. It’s all yours.

  • Cancel with more than 30 days’ notice before your arrival date, 100% refund. Less than 30 days notice deposit is non-refundable.

  • A one-time exit cleaning fee applies for all reservations ($250)

  • After submitting the above form, we will send you a registration card by text/email to complete your booking. You will be able to select your payment preferences, click the terms and conditions, and that’s it. Your booking is complete and you’ll receive a confirmation text/email with details of your stay (address, move-in instructions)
