With a SOMNI furnished apartment, everything is included in one nightly rate—billed weekly or monthly, you choose.

Everything included: utilities, super Wi-Fi (your very own, NOT shared with all of the neighbors), a completely furnished apartment, with a HUGE smart TV—positioned perfectly in your comfy living room.

Word on the street is that exercise is good for you and we’re totally on board!

You’ll have 24-hr access to a great fitness center when you stay SOMNI, including lots of great equipment! You won’t have to leave the property to go to the gym.

All of the SOMNI apartment communities allow pets.

(There are a few community-specific pet rules, so call us….we’ll talk.)
