Our furnished apartments are for stays of a month or longer, and many of our guests stay three months or more for work assignments, relocations and insurance stays.
What is included in the rent?
All utilities, high-speed WiFi, a fully stocked kitchen, linens and towels, everyday household essentials and a full-size washer and dryer. Just bring your suitcase.
Where is your Omaha apartment?
Our Omaha apartment is at Broadmoor168 in west Omaha. It's a ground floor apartment with a private patio, close to shopping, dining and major employers.
Can my employer, relocation company or insurance carrier pay?
Yes. We work with employers, relocation companies and insurance carriers every day and can bill them directly.
Are pets welcome?
Yes, pets are welcome. A pet fee applies.
