Is SOMNI Right for You?
We're careful about who stays with us, and we think you should be just as careful about where you stay.
SOMNI isn't for everyone. When the right guest walks into the right apartment, the whole stay goes beautifully, so we'd rather get the match right from the start.
We're a great fit if
You're in town for work or a relocation, or your home was damaged and insurance is helping. You'll live in the apartment full-time for 30 days or longer, and you'd rather have a team behind you than manage your own housing.
We're probably not the right fit if
You only need a week or two, or you'll be in town just a few nights a week. A hotel will likely serve you better.
What matters most to you?
Fast WiFi and a 55" smart TV to unwind with. A kitchen stocked for cooking and baking. A home that's truly SOMNI Clean. Blackout curtains for night-shift sleep. A real person to call who knows you by name. Tell us yours, and we'll tell you honestly whether we're a match.
